Not sure why she wrote it

I finally slowed my reading speed. It was then I felt the pace ing, the wrought moments. I came to feel a bit like Edward. Coming to a certain peace with the many tragedies of that day. Worth reading.

This book pulls at many emotions- fear, sensitivity, anger, happiness, love, companionship… and more… a book worth reading…highly recommend

The writing was good. The story was slow. There were times I wasn’t sure I wanted to finish the book but I did. A young boy adoring after a horrific event. It was ok

this story was so beautiful .. so well writtten and heartbreaking but with a lovely ending. it wasn’t what i was expecting and at first this would have been a 3 star read for me, but towards the end i just loved it and i cried.

Very moving and different. I loved how the story went back and forth.

This was a quick and captivating read. Even though I wanted to keep reading to know what happened it reads like a hound adult novel with very little depth.

I found the characters flat, one dimensional, and the plot predictable. Kind of corny even. I was disappointed that this was an Oprah’s Book Club selection. I expected better.

What a beautiful story. I read it in one and a half days. This book and it’s characters will stay with me for a very long time.
