Great book about his life and what ‘he’ does. He’s a self made endurer. This book shows you some ways to do it and the mindset he has can be transferred across any field, track, road, or life. I’m on my second full listen, and am about to but it for my dad.

Didn’t know what to expect with a book on bow hunting. Joe Rogan opened the book well, Goggins closes. Everything in between, Cam is the man. He’s lived a great American story. This book tells that story!
