Megan goes through her emotions in depth but also spins some of the poems with a playful and funny twist. I thought it was a great read and I enjoyed reading what shes been through and how she’s interpreted it through poetry.

I loved everything about this book. This was so good!!!! I really felt connected with the poetry she was putting out.

It’s the words that don’t appear on the pages, the unspoken… the silent whispers & cries. These words you speak sing symphonies to my soul. The pain that connects us is uncanny… One of the best books I’ve read in quite awhile! Maybe because I relate!

I had high hopes. This whole book is tragic, both in writing, and circumstance.

This book is definitely an inside of what it’s like to be with an abuser. From past experiences this really hit home.
